Four-star wide receiver Nalin Scott committed to Arizona State football on Monday following a visit to Tempe during Friday night’s Fan Fest.

The 2026 pass catcher is ranked No. 311 overall and No. 49 among wide receivers out of Powder Springs McEachern High in Georgia.

The 6-foot-3 Scott led his team with 541 receiving yards, adding two touchdowns on 29 catches across nine games.

He becomes ASU’s second-rated commit behind quarterback Jake Fette (No. 115) and adds to a class of receivers that also includes Cooper Reid (No. 680). Scott was in attendance Friday alongside Fette and Reid, as well as uncommitted four-star receiver Kaydon Finley (No. 109).

His addition bumped Arizona State’s 2026 class up from No. 16 to No. 13 nationally. It came one day after running back Cardae Mack (No. 416) joined the fold.

Nalin Scott’s commitment, Kenny Dillingham’s 100-yard bear crawl

In case you missed it, fans were treated to a full 100-yard bear crawl at Mountain America Stadium by coach Kenny Dillingham at the end of the Fan Fest.

Dillingham had essentially no explanation for reporters afterwards.

“I can’t really go into detail on that, but I had to do it. So I did it,” he said.

Scott, however, told Arizona Sports it was payment for a bet made during his track season. If Scott broke 11 seconds on his 100-meter dash, Dillingham had to do the full-on bear crawl.

Sure enough, Scott hit 10.98 on the timer and the bear crawl came.
